We provide comprehensive and an integrated range of clinical services from our various sites ranging from acute tertiary services in areas of emergency medicine, intensive care, medical and surgical services, through to subacute care and onsite, virtual and home based services.
We provide a combination of hospital, community-based and in-reach services to aged, adult and paediatric patients. Western Health also offers drug health and addiction medicine support through our inpatient service and community Drug Health Service.
Our community locations at Bacchus Marsh and Melton offer support for acute and chronic conditions for both adult and paediatric patients. Our community locations at Bacchus Marsh and Melton offer allied health and nursing support for NDIS Participants and community members requiring support within their home care package. We are not an ECIS provider for NDIS. We also have an extensive volunteer program providing transport support, friendly visiting and social support in your home.
In Bacchus Marsh and Melton our paediatric programs support patients in diagnosing and supporting patients and families in accessing services to meet their needs.
